Leg Workout Day

I have a theory when it comes to leg work out day:

1. Mentally prepare yourself – way in advance and tell yourself that you are going to follow your workout plan to a T.

2. Eat before you get to the gym.

3. Ensure you carry your post-workout snack with you. Read: Proteins

4. No matter what happens, never skip squats.
